Office Policy:
- East-West Fusion Acupuncture is a NO SHOE office. When entering, you will see a shoe tray for your shoes and a basket of socks for your use.
- Cancelled and Missed Appointments Policy- As a courtesy to my patients and to me, please be sure to give at least 24 hours’ notice when changing or cancelling an appointment. You will be responsible for the missed visit fee if you do not cancel within a timely period.
- If you do not come for a scheduled appointment, you will be charged for the entire fee for a visit.

- Payment is made with cash or check
